This past year has been challenging for everyone — Des Linden included. To keep her staying healthy, both mentally and physically she runs. And runs. And runs. She’s using this time to push herself to new limits, training for her first ultra-marathon and looking to break the 50K world record. After being a marathon runner all her life (and a US Athlete at the 2012 and 2016 games), she’s focused on evolving her running and letting her music motivate her along the way.
