Troubleshooting

If your buds are not responding, place them in the charge case and close the lid. Then remove them from the charge case. This performs a soft reset.

 

If this does not resolve your problem, we recommend to reset your buds to their original factory settings.

 

1 - Turn off your buds by pressing the right button for 3 seconds

2 - With your buds turned off, enter pairing mode by pressing the right button for 6 seconds, the LED will flash green

3 - Press the right button twice. Your buds will now reset and power off

4 - Once your buds have been reset they will automatically go into pairing mode. Select “Forget” or “Remove” Jaybird Run from your device’s Bluetooth® menu and pair again
