How do I download the latest firmware?
The Jaybird Firmware Update Assistant requires either a Windows or Mac computer, as well as a data compatible USB cable. If you do not have a suitable cable, contact Jaybird Support.
Please note that this Firmware Update Assistant is for Freedom only, NOT for FREEDOM 2.
The entire update process will take 5-10 minutes.
