When you turn on your Tarah Pro earbuds or take them out from the charging case they will automatically connect to the most recently connected device, which may not be the one you want to use right now.
If "Connected" is heard repeatedly from your Tarah Pro earbuds, they may be connecting to another paired device. Try to isolate this by turning Bluetooth® off on any other paired device.
Alternatively, on the audio device you used last, disconnect the Tarah Pro earbuds from the Bluetooth paired list. Then re-connect the earbuds to the audio device you want to use by selecting ‘Jaybird Tarah Pro’ in the list of discovered devices.
