The Jaybird RUN charging case should click closed easily. If you can not close the charging case, please check the following:
- The ear fins have been installed correctly. The ear fins should be pushed all the way onto the earbuds.
- The earbuds are seated correctly in the charging case. Use the charging case to guide your earbuds to the correct position. Once placed in the charging case, give the earbud a slight twist to make sure it in the right position and is secure.
