Can I Use My Jaybird Vista Earbuds For Phone Calls?

Yes. By default, you can accept/end or decline phone calls using your Jaybird Vista multi-function button on either earbud.  

To accept an incoming call, single press on either earbud. The call audio will be in stereo if you are wearing both earbuds. The earbuds automatically enable a limited amount of audio transparency so you can hear your surroundings and your own voice.

To end a call, single press on either earbud. Audio transparency will automatically be disabled and, if applicable, audio will resume.

To decline/reject a call, double press on either earbud.

You can change the single or double press functionality of your earbuds in the Jaybird App.
