To connect your Jaybird Vista earbuds to the Jaybird App, please follow the steps below:
Download the Jaybird App.
Make sure your Jaybird Vista earbuds are paired to your audio device.
Open the Jaybird App and the Vista earbuds will connect automatically.
If you're having trouble connecting your earbuds to the Jaybird App, please try the following steps in order:
Delete the Jaybird App from your phone.
Turn your audio devices Bluetooth® off for at least 10 seconds.
Reinstall the Jaybird App on your phone.
Turn your audio devices Bluetooth back on.
Try connecting to the Jaybird App. Please be patient as this connection can take a while.
If you still can not connect, please try a factory reset of your earbuds, following the instructions in “HOW DO I RESET MY JAYBIRD VISTA EARBUDS?”
