My Jaybird Tarah Pro earbuds keep turning off or my audio device keeps stopping after I connect. What do I do?


If your earbuds keep turning off, or your device stops playing music, try the following:

If your earbuds keep turning off

  1. Make sure your Tarah Pro earbuds and your Bluetooth® device are both charged. For the best charging connection, make sure your charging cradle is clean of dirt and grime

  2. Complete a reset of your earbuds. See “HOW DO I RESET MY EARBUDS?” for instructions on how to do this.

  3. If your earbuds continue to turn off, please Contact Us.

If your device stops playing music

  1. Make sure your Tarah Pro earbuds and Bluetooth device are both charged.

  2. Check your player or music streaming settings on your Bluetooth device.

  3. Make sure you are not accidentally pressing the middle button on the inline remote.

  4. Complete a reset of your earbuds. See “HOW DO I RESET MY EARBUDS?” for instructions on how to do this.

  5. If your earbuds continue to stop playing music, please Contact Us.
