If no audio is coming from one of your Vista earbuds, please try the following:
Check the earbud is turned on. Press and hold the button on the non working earbud and listen for either a power on or power off tone.
Here are some tips that may also help:
Both earbuds will turn on automatically when taken out of the case.
Turning one earbud off will automatically turn both earbuds off.
If the earbuds are out of the case and have been turned off, each earbud will need to be turned on individually.

If you are still not hearing any sound, please complete a Hard reset as outlined here “HOW DO I RESET MY JAYBIRD VISTA EARBUDS?”.
If you hear a clicking noise on the earbud with no audio, it means your Jaybird Vista earbuds are not synced. To fix this, please complete a Factory reset as outlined here “HOW DO I RESET MY JAYBIRD VISTA EARBUDS?”.
