How do I reset my buds?

If you’re experiencing issues with your X4 earbuds including Bluetooth® connectivity, audio and sound distortion, or connecting to the Jaybird App, you may want to try resetting your earbuds.


To reset your earbuds, do the following:


  1. Turn your X4 earbuds off by holding the Middle Button until the LED illuminates red and then goes off.

  2. &

  3. While the LED is blinking green/red quickly double press the Middle Button. The orange LED will blink twice and you hear a ‘beep’ tone.

      Ga naar het Bluetooth-menu van je telefoon/muziekapparaat en selecteer X4 om opnieuw te koppelen.
