Why Can't I Pair My Jaybird Vista Earbuds To Another Bluetooth Device?

Your Jaybird Vista earbuds come out of the box ready to pair and can remember the pairing information for up to 8 devices.

If you’re trying to pair an additional phone or audio device, you’ll need to manually initiate pairing mode on your earbuds:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

2. Open the charging case and press and hold the case button until the case LED starts blinking white.

3. On your Bluetooth audio device, go to Bluetooth settings. 

4. Ensure Bluetooth is switched on.

5. Select ‘Jaybird Vista’ in the list of discovered devices. Once connected, the white case LED will turn off.
