Why Do My Jaybird Vista Earbuds Keep Connecting to Another Device?

When you turn on your Jaybird Vista earbuds or take them out from the charging case they will automatically connect to the last connected device, which may not be the one you want to use right now.

If "Connected" is heard repeatedly from your Vista earbuds, they may be connecting to another paired device. Try to isolate this by turning Bluetooth off on any other paired device.

Alternatively, on the audio device you used last, disconnect or forget the Jaybird Vista earbuds from the Bluetooth paired list. Then connect the earbuds again to the audio device you want to use by selecting ‘Jaybird Vista’ in the list of discovered devices.
