I Just Bought A Set Of Jaybird Run. Do They Have The Latest Firmware?

There are two ways to check if your RUN have the latest firmware v1.1.
 

  1. Jaybird App
    • Install the Jaybird app and connect your RUN buds

      • Android: Go to Menu → Support
      • iOS: Go to Headphones tab → Support
    • Your RUN firmware will display after the app build number
    • The latest firmware is v1.1.0, so if you have an earlier version download the Firmware Update Assistant here and follow the instructions.

2. Update Assistant
 

  • Download the Firmware Update Assistant here and follow the instructions. The Update Assistant will tell you if your RUN already has the latest firmware.
