What is open and closed mode?

Vista 2 earbuds are designed to offer distinct audio listening experiences with two different modes - Open & Closed.

In Open Mode you can listen to your music and at the same time clearly perceive sounds of your environment without having to remove your Vista’s 2 earbuds or interrupt your activity.

In Closed mode* you can submerge to the music or deeply concentrate in an activity with greater isolation from ambient sounds.

*Also known as ANC (Active Noise Cancelation)

To enable Open or Closed Mode follow the steps below:

1. Place both earbuds in your ears.

2. Double tap on one of the earbuds to activate either Open or Closed mode.

3. A short tone will signal the mode switch.

4. Double tap again at any time on either earbud to switch between the modes.
